What is Côte Studios?

Côte Studios is an online marketplace that connects freelance Pilates instructors with Studios for hire. Find and book quality studio spaces effortlessly, allowing you to take control of your schedule and teach the way you want.

I’m a Pilates Instructor, how does Côte Studios work for me?

What are the requirements to join?

You must have a valid Pilates certification, current professional liability (PI) and public liability (PL) insurance, and a completed instructor profile.

How do I book a studio?

First, create an account:

  1. Click “Sign Up” in the top bar and select “Instructors”.
  2. Enter your name, email and choose a password.
  3. We will send a verification email to your inbox. Simply click the link in the email.
  4. Fill in your profile details including all current qualifications/certifications you hold.
  5. We will email you for a copy of your qualifications and a “Certificate of Currency” from your insurance provider. Simply attach them and reply.

Now you have an account, let’s find a studio:

  1. Search for your location in the top bar and browse the available studios.
  2. Select your preferred time and click “Request to Book”. You won’t be charged yet!
  3. Fill in your card details and click “Confirm Booking Request”. You won’t be charged until the studio accepts the booking.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email once the booking is finalised.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed through our partner, Stripe. Payment is captured upon placing a booking request and released to the Studio once your booking is complete and everyone is happy. If your request is denied or expires, you are refunded in full.

What fees are involved?

Instructors are charged a 15% booking fee on top of the studio's listed price. This fee covers the cost of using our platform and payment processing.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the time of the booking. Email support@cotestudios.com.au.

What happens if there’s an issue with the studio?

If you encounter any issues with the studio, please contact our support team immediately at support@cotestudios.com.au. We'll work with you and the studio owner to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I see reviews of the studios before booking?

Yes, our platform includes reviews from other instructors, allowing you to see their experiences before making a booking.
